Leadership Team

Michael A. Seton is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sila Realty Trust, Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Seton is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for the strategic vision and all day-to-day investment and operating activities of the company. Mr. Seton has approximately 30 years of real estate investment and financial experience; and has been directly involved in billions of dollars in real estate acquisitions and financings. Under Mr. Seton’s leadership since founding the company in 2014, the company’s assets have grown to over $2 billion of diversified healthcare properties throughout the United States. Mr. Seton previously worked for Eurohypo AG (now part of Commerzbank AG) as a Managing Director and Division Head in the Originations Group and began his career in the Public Finance and Real Estate Departments at The Sumitomo Bank, Ltd. Mr. Seton received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Kay C. Neely is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sila Realty Trust, Inc. Ms. Neely is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for the oversight of the financial operations of the company, including capital markets, accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations, as well as the oversight of research and credit, human capital, and information technology. Ms. Neely joined the company in January of 2016, and brings approximately 25 years of real estate accounting and operations experience. Ms. Neely started her career with KPMG LLP, where she was responsible for various functions within the audit practice, including the planning and oversight of audit engagements for public and private entities, primarily in the real estate sector, including real estate investment trusts and investment funds. In addition, she managed the daily operations, performance management, and financial planning for audit practices in 10 offices located in the Southeast and Puerto Rico. Ms. Neely graduated as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma from Emory University Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and finance. She holds a current Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Georgia.

Christopher K. Flouhouse is the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Sila Realty Trust, Inc. Mr. Flouhouse is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for the oversight of the company's acquisitions, investment management, and property management. He joined the company in May 2024 and brings approximately 25 years of investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets experience. Mr. Flouhouse began his career at Wells Fargo Securities and most recently served as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Equity Capital Markets. He has significant public company corporate finance experience and has advised numerous companies on equity listings, strategic transactions, financings, and institutional investor strategies. Mr. Flouhouse graduated from North Carolina State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a concentration in finance. Mr. Flouhouse currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University and is Chair of the Finance Program Advisory Board.

Miles F. Callahan is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at Sila Realty Trust, Inc. Mr. Callahan is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for the execution of the capital markets, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, research and credit, and marketing functions. Mr. Callahan joined the company in September 2013 and has worked in other capacities, including as a financial analysist in acquisitions underwriting and as a member of the due diligence and closing team. Mr. Callahan brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate finance, underwriting, and banking. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Callahan was with U.S. Bank on its construction lending team, managing both commercial and residential development. Mr. Callahan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Auburn University.

Samuel W. Brannan is the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Sila Realty Trust, Inc. Mr. Brannan is responsible for the execution of the company’s financial reporting, accounting, and tax functions. Mr. Brannan joined the company in July 2024, bringing approximately 12 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting. Mr. Brannan began his career with PwC in the audit practice providing assurance services to financial services clients. In 2016, Mr. Brannan transitioned to Blackstone where he was responsible for the financial reporting and accounting for a publicly traded mortgage real estate investment trust. Mr. Brannan received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University. He holds a current Certified Public Accountant license in the state of New York.

W. Todd Jensen is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Sila Realty Trust, Inc. Mr. Jensen is responsible for the execution of the company’s property acquisition program including origination, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction management. He joined the company in September 2024 with nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare real estate, including more than $5 billion in acquisition transactions and nearly $500 million of ground-up development. Mr. Jensen has led national healthcare real estate acquisition and development programs for private, public non-traded, and publicly traded companies. He previously served as an executive of a series of public, non-traded healthcare REITs where he was instrumental in helping raise and invest $5 billion in five years, list a company on the NASDAQ stock exchange, and ultimately sell it to an S&P 500 REIT. Mr. Jensen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Kalamazoo College and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a focus in finance and real estate.

Jason R. Klein is the Senior Vice President of Investment Management at Sila Realty Trust, Inc. Mr. Klein is responsible for the execution of the company’s investment management and lease administration functions. He joined the company in 2025 with over 20 years of experience in healthcare real estate, including running real estate portfolios for large healthcare systems both internally and as a consultant. Before joining the company, Mr. Klein was the head of Corporate Real Estate for Adventist HealthCare, Inc. where he provided oversight of the transactional, lease administration, property management, and development teams. Prior to this role, he spent 15 years as a strategic real estate consultant for multiple healthcare systems nationwide. Mr. Klein received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jodi S. Poore is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounting at Sila Realty Trust, Inc. Ms. Poore is responsible for the execution of the company’s accounting and treasury functions. Ms. Poore joined the company in May 2016, bringing over 15 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Poore gained valuable experience working in public accounting as an auditor, where she was responsible for the planning and execution of audit engagements for entities operating in various industries. Ms. Poore transitioned into the real estate sector and was able to expand her expertise and industry knowledge by working within the corporate accounting function of real estate investment trusts. Ms. Poore attended Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia as a John Marshall Scholar, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and she holds an active Certified Public Accountant license in the state of West Virginia.
