Adrienne Kirby

Adrienne Kirby became an independent director in April 2021 and serves as the Compensation Committee Chair and a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. Since 2019, Ms. Kirby has served on the board of directors of three private companies: Trellis Rx, MedVet, and Greenway Health. Ms. Kirby has forty years of healthcare leadership and operations experience in all sectors of healthcare delivery.
Most recently, Ms. Kirby served in several leadership roles with Cooper University Health Care as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2019, President and Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2018, and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2013. In these roles, Ms. Kirby led the implementation of strategic partnerships and the development of a strategic plan resulting in key growth outcomes, significantly improving the company’s financial performance and achieving unprecedented volume growth.
From 2010 to 2012, Ms. Kirby served as an executive for MedStar Health, a nine-hospital healthcare system with operations in Washington, D.C. and throughout Maryland, as Senior Vice President, MedStar and as President of Franklin Square Medical Center. Ms. Kirby previously worked for VIRTUA Health, the largest health system in southern New Jersey, performing in various roles from 1999 to 2010, culminating as Chief Operating Officer of Voorhees Hospital and Ambulatory Operations. Ms. Kirby is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a certified Master Professional Director by the American College of Corporate Directors.
